Maribel leads the Ellmau salon with experience, calm and a high standard of quality. As an Olaplex pro she places great value on the health of the hair, and as a blonde and extensions specialist she knows how to make dreams happen without compromising on care. Under her leadership, the Ellmau salon is a place where every client is seen and advised individually. Maribel embodies what HAIRLODGE stands for: trust that grows through genuine listening.
Deputy Salon Manager · Colour Educator & Cutting Specialist
Speaks: German, English
Bianca is not just a stylist, she is a Colour Educator. That means she passes on her knowledge, keeps quality standards high and actively helps the Ellmau team stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends. As a cutting specialist she creates cuts with a precision you can see and feel. In her role as deputy salon manager she shows every day what counts as a value at HAIRLODGE: sharing knowledge and growing together.
Make-up Artist & Updo Pro · Perm Expert

Julia Pirchl is the specialist for big moments. Whether a festive updo, professional make-up or a perm with character, she brings the combination of technical skill and a fine sense of aesthetics that makes such occasions unforgettable. Her work is shaped by a love of detail and the wish to let every client appear as her most beautiful self. In Ellmau, Julia is the first port of call when a visit should be more than routine.
Education Manager · Fashion Stylist, Olaplex Specialist & Creative Cut Master
Speaks: German, English
Katy is one of the most influential personalities in the HAIRLODGE universe. As Education Manager she holds the responsibility for making sure that training and development are not just promises but lived reality. With international experience, a feel for fashion and her qualification as a Creative Cut Master and Olaplex Specialist, she combines top craftsmanship with a commitment to education. At HAIRLODGE it is not only hair that grows, Katy makes sure that people and teams grow too.
They are learning the craft from the ground up, working under the team's guidance. Appointments are booked through the stylists above.
Apprentice
Sophie is an apprentice at HAIRLODGE in Ellmau, working under the team's guidance. Her interests lie in eye services, blow-drying, colour and care rituals – areas where she is gaining her first hands-on experience.
