You love working with clients – but you also want to make a difference? As an Education
Manager & Stylist at HAIRLODGE, you combine hands-on salon work with education and
development responsibilities. You’ll work three days a week as a stylist in our salon in Ellmau,
and spend two days focusing on education, training, and internal development.
You’ll help evolve our apprentice program, coordinate internal trainings, support quality
management – and work closely with educators, trainers, and fellow stylists to continually raise
our standards.
This position is perfect for ambitious stylists who want to grow – and help shape the future of
salon education.
Your role at HAIRLODGE
- 3 days per week as a stylist at our Ellmau location
- 2 days focused on education – with flexible scheduling across our salons
- Key contributor to the most modern education & training system in the industry
- Daily support and mentorship of our apprentices
- Planning and coordination of internal training days and model sessions
- Documentation and development of training content and quality standards
- Central contact person for all education-related topics – working closely with management, stylists, apprentices, and trainers
